Registration and contact preferences
When you choose to register, DCI stores your signed-in account identifier, email, optional name and role, selected interest, update and beta-contact preferences, and consent timestamps. Registration records are stored in the website’s server-side database. They are not published in a public directory.
Sign-in and access
This hosted edition uses ChatGPT sign-in. DCI does not collect your password. Authentication is required for the Practitioner Workspace, video playback, transcripts, account controls, and administration. Only the configured DCI owner can list or export registrations.
How information is used
Registration details support your DCI participation. Update emails and beta-review contact require separate opt-in preferences. This site does not automatically send a newsletter or enroll you in an external mailing service.
Your choices
Use Account preferences to withdraw either contact preference or delete your registration. Registration details are retained until you delete them or DCI removes inactive records. Deletion removes the active website record; infrastructure backup retention is controlled by the hosting provider.
Workspace records
The current enhanced Workspace stores engagement data in your browser using an account-specific storage namespace. Engagement records are not sent to the registration database and are not cloud-synchronized. Browser storage and exported backups are not encrypted by the Workspace. Use approved, de-identified data during beta evaluation and download backups to preserve your work. Signing out restricts website access but does not erase browser-local data.
Hosting and safeguards
The website uses HTTPS, platform-managed authentication, server-side access checks, and a managed database. Hosting and authentication providers process information needed to operate these services. No optional advertising or analytics tracker is added by this website. Essential authentication and browser storage are used for account access and Workspace operation.
